Your health challenges and goals are identified during a one-on-one consultation, either face-to-face, online or by phone. Sarah will then tailor a food plan, including recipes, that suit your individual needs and lifestyle.
6 week kick start
Our popular 6 Week Kick Start Package to keep you accountable and help you reach your goals in the quickest time possible. Includes weekly consultations & coaching, meal plans and recipes, and an invite to our private Facebook group.
